The project scope involved overseeing 46,250 square meters of natural stone cladding, internal and external flooring, custom-made stone furniture, onyx stone lighting, sculpture, calligraphy works, curtain walls, and GFRC cladding. Responsibilities included supervision of shop drawings, submittals, cutting list preparation, fixing system design, calculation reports, and material orders. Overseeing on-site activities, ensuring stakeholder coordination, compiling regular reports, and active participation in project meetings were also part of the role. The project was successfully completed within the allocated time frame and budget, maintaining superior quality standards.
